Having started in the events business in 1984 and launching Apollo Event Consultants in 2002, Tim Hanbury is renowned in the industry for designing, planning and creating some of the most exciting and innovative parties, society weddings and events in the country.

Tim says, “Some events are all about challenge, creativity and the ability to push the boundaries rather than just the bottom line. Having said that, some of the most rewarding events I have worked on are those with a more challenging budget. These are the events that force us to be super-creative and resourceful.”

HOW APOLLO EVENT CONSULTANTS WORK

We meet all our clients to get a detailed understanding of what we need to achieve. Our events are totally bespoke and carried out in the utmost discretion. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and and will look after every element of the day including the less glamorous jobs like seating plans, power requirements, parking and managing the all important budget. It will be an exciting and at times, emotional journey, but we will have a firm hand on the tiller throughout.
