SEP Membership 

Surrey Event Professionals (SEP) is a membership organisation.

SEP is a network aimed solely at ‘event’, ‘wedding’ and ‘venue’ businesses based in, or, from further afield serving Surrey. Who are professional in their chosen event field, professional in their business operation and support the ethos behind SEP. Which is simply to trade professionally and to have both a supportive and collaborative mindset towards the SEP collective.

For ease we have itemised the three tiers of SEP membership. You’ll notice that pricing is tired to the size of your business. The prices quoted are per month and plus VAT. If you’d prefer to pay annually, we offer a further 10% discount on the total 12 month fee. There is no annual contract, so you can cancel any time. There is also a one off, sign up administration fee, a cost of one month’s membership.

Terms and conditions of membership

As part of the SEP membership, all businesses must adhere to our three core terms and conditions of membership, which are:

  • Professionalism: Members must show and adhere to professionalism and courtesy at all times with both it’s clients and fellow members. This not only protects you but also our other members through protection of our brand.
  • Commitment: Members must commit to the SEP brand, our ways of operation and culture of support. To regularly attend our meetings, promote our brand and its members.
  • Support: Where possible, we encourage our collective to support our fellow businesses through recommendations. Also, we have a strong CSR ethos, so also ask members to where possible support the Surrey Charity Network, our partner charity collective, in any way you can.
