Founded by Jono Erodotou, who owns the business, JE Medical brings together over 15 years of experience in ambulance services, event medical cover, and operational leadership. Jono has previously managed and grown a CQC-registered ambulance company, led large-scale medical teams at major events, and worked in senior operations roles across several private ambulance services. He has also supported Kent Police as part of the Kent Search and Rescue management team, where precision, leadership, and professionalism are critical.

Supporting our operations is Clinical Manager Stephens Hines, an experienced Paramedic who oversees governance, clinical standards, and training. Her expertise ensures that every service we provide is safe, compliant, and aligned with best medical practice.

Today, JE Medical works with a trusted network of over 20 self-employed medical professionals — including first aiders, ambulance technicians, and paramedics — allowing us to scale our services to meet each client’s unique needs.
